Property is very good, Staff is very friendly and polite, food is excellent, rooms need more hygiene and the air conditioners need service.. other wise the property is great. Overall it's a good property

The staff is very polite and supportive. They are good at listening. The rooms are quite clean. The location is very convenient with good connectivity and availability of goods, cabs, medicines etc. The day n night duty staff along with the manager are kind, understanding and very helpful. Most importantly, it feels safe n comfortable whether you intend to stay alone or with family. Thank you!

Rooms are clean and it new property. But service is poorly managed, rooms are not arranged and timely stacked as per regular needs as per policies.Need to ask everything one by one after coming from job at 9:30pm , bottle of water not given, towel not given even after asking it is delayed as it is not managed with proper staffing and trained people's. Even after complaining on delays the young person handling my complaints in rude manner as I told him in call that what else I should ask one by one at 9:30 to 10pm to you all why don't you check the set-ups of the rooms where guest are already staying after whole day's work and tiredness. When I called in evening and asked them by what time I can place order for dinner they told me by 10pm and when I checked in at 9:15 and asked them to take my order for dinner they told chef is not there he left early and they can't provide food, I need to order online and told tomorrow onwards they will able to provide dinner with no issues.But even in next day when I called them at 9:25pm that I am near to hotel hope they will be able to serve dinner today, but again they told me that please purchase it from outside or online. As per Treebo guidelines Tea & coffee kits should be available in room for guest as complimentary with electric kettle but nothing has been provided or arranged in room. Not professionally managed place.

Best hotel to stay in Noida, Sumit Mishra - Manager is very good person in nature and friendly and supporting and resolve quickly if any issue comes and other hotel staffs like Sonu Bhaiya and others are very friendly and every minute available for service, wake up us for breakfast and for room cleaning everyday asked and food is also very good as keeping health in mind they provide as per our requirement. I stay for long here many times so asked for food like home,I got the same as well similar to that if asked for special food they provide the same as well, also this hotel is good for family as well, I come with my family with six months baby.... hotel staffs help us alot.

Outstanding behaviour of the hotel and the staff behaviour is very good and Sumit bhaiya is very responsible and take advantage of the customers to provide the good facilities

Rooms were clean. Service was top class. All attendees were friendly and helpful. Location is a top posh colony with 24*7 security. Lot of parking outside. Only the balconies were a bit dirty because of pegions. Otherwise it's a value for money. Breakfast was hygienic and fulfilling.

I stayed at Treebo Modern Stays October. I booked it on Booking.com which has a policy that customer can pay at the time of check in/check out. I confirmed the same with Mr. Abhishek. However, when I arrived late night, they told me my reservation was cancelled however, they accomodated me for the night. Abhishek did not even have the courtesy to respond to me. There was no tea coffee kit in the room, the door did not have a latch in the middle, i had to climb up and secure the door, the balcony side there was a door, which was ajar and i could not close it, and because other guest had access to the balcony, i was a little afraid. There is free breakfast no choice, you just eat what they give you. I wouldn't stay here ever again

The Food is very good specially the breakfast in the mornings was refreshing and tasty. The overall stay was good but i find room could be more spacious and comfortable which was lacking. Employee behaviour is excellent specially Mr Shahnawaj and Mr Rakesh and Mr Laksham are very good and supportive service person. Looking forward to stay again.
