THE SUNRISE VIEW

Guys, this is the best hotel and i feel like i had got the best service from the staff ever i saw in any hotel. Dont even hesitate to book here the staff has changed and they are so good right now. Especially Surya and Hasib made our stay very comfortable and they were so respectful at all times. They even helped me get a pg nearby.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel . Unfortunately, the level of service and hospitality fell far below expectations. 1. Unhelpful Staff: Despite repeated requests--approximately 10 times--for basic items such as tea, the staff either ignored the requests or outright refused. 2. Housekeeping Neglect: During my two-night stay, housekeeping was not carried out even after multiple requests. This is unacceptable, as maintaining clean and comfortable accommodations is a fundamental part of the hotel experience. I had hoped for a more attentive and professional service, but this experience was disappointing and inconvenient. I strongly urge your management to review these shortcomings and take steps to improve the overall guest experience.

Won't visit again. If you have visited better and more hygienic places before, I will highly recommend skipping this place at any cost. After check out, they just treat you as bad as a stranger. Only time they were nice when we were checking out to get the reviews filled up. I had to take a min after to edit this review to actual ratings.

Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Food was also very good. Surya's behavior and attitude was excellent.

It's a amazing hotel, Rooms are neat and clean, Staff is very humble and Coprative specially Mr. Saurabh and Akash, Overall we have a great experience , Thanks team Sunrise. Highly Recommended.

The staff is great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable...

I Have stayed In Sunrise view hotel for 3 days , Hospitality is too Good , Staff is well behaved and Doing their Duties on Time, Hotel Is in Great Location with peace and Had a Great time here . Keep going Sunrise view hotel. Thank you
