The Metro Stay By F9 Hotels

The room is very small, has no ventilation, and the worst part is that the air conditioner doesn't work. I have complained multiple times, and so have other guests staying in the same area, but no action has been taken. It seems like the management only cares about collecting money, not about the comfort or wellbeing of the guests. Given the poor conditions, it's honestly better to stay in a hotel.

Horrible Experience - Stay Away from This Nightmare of a Hotel! I wish I could give this hotel zero stars! My family and I had an unbearably terrible experience here during one of the most difficult times of our lives. My uncle passed away, and we had to book multiple rooms for our grieving relatives. The management completely deceived us--what they showed us initially as a sample was nowhere close to what we actually got. Disgusting Rooms & No Basic Amenities * The rooms were stinking, with no ventilation, making it impossible to breathe. It felt suffocating inside * There were no water bottles provided in the rooms. * The bedsheets were dirty, torn, and unhygienic, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. * Washrooms were stinking, completely unclean, and barely usable. False Promises & Inconvenient Arrangements * They promised to provide extra mattresses for additional guests, but when we arrived, there was no space to even place the mattress inside the cramped rooms. * The geyser wasn't working, which was a nightmare for those who needed hot water, especially the elderly in our family. Rude & Unprofessional Staff * The receptionist in the morning shift was unbelievably rude. Instead of being helpful, he acted as if we were a burden for simply expecting basic services. Overall Verdict - A Complete Disaster This hotel is nothing but a fraud. They tricked us into booking by showing well-maintained sample rooms and then gave us filthy, suffocating, and poorly maintained rooms. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and basic hospitality made our stay an absolute nightmare. If you value your health, sanity, and money, DO NOT STAY HERE. Avoid this place at all costs!

Lift was not working my room was on the 3rd floor. During my stay an earthquake of 4.0 shook up the whole room no damage. Breakfast time is after 9am would have been good if they provide it earlier. Getting a cab from here is not difficult. Hot water kettle and geyser is available. Well maintained common areas.

Its below average, you will get good rooms, but there will be bad service and bad bed sheet, pillow, and blanket, washrooms are need to improve, taps are overflowing, food is very bad, outside is food market just infront of this you can explore that, don't order their food fully money waste.. Good to stay there location is good nearby hotels worst, this better than those, but it's below average

Today i visited this hotel , in first room no door lock is working i make a call to reception then they provide the another room with no tv remote working and 2 LEd lights permanently on...room is not cleaned properly kitchen facility is very poor after 30 minutes i cancelled the order... stay away from this property, Thank you

No. A big no. And I am stuck here. Had been allotted this hotel for a company programme for a week. It is a dorm or a co living space kind of setup cashing out on as a city hotel. This space dosent qualify to be a hotel. The food that is prepared here are few in option and it finishes almost early. You will feel stuck here. The reception is a corner setup which will give you chills because it seems more.of a "hotel decent" From jab we met. Way too shabby. The blanket are bitten of by rodents and they don't care enough to mend it. Pillow covers are torn and they have tied a knot without caring enough to sew it. And this is just day 1 started. Too many switches in the room and not too many use of it. This is the third day and there are cockroaches coming out front he headboard, from door hinges. The cupboard door is broken. The management is a goon. A repressing environment.

Room was okay but price isn't justified We've included breakfast as complementary. They took hour to prepare breakfast and moreover mosquitos and cockroaches acquired the room

Location of the hotel is nearest to Metro station its walkable, and Quite silent place service also good but need little maintainance,
