The Eliot Hotel & Banquet

This is a nice place to organise any type of event. Lighting is very good. Furniture is good. Food is okay, they need to hire qualified cook/chef to make delicious food. The washroom is well maintained. The overall ambience is good.

My personal stay was fantastic, the hotel is situated at the quiet location and it is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the front office team who ensured we were happy. They have a cafe on top floor called Tahia, the food is tasty

Over hyped hotel charging obnoxious tariffs for rooms, etc due to over demand during wedding season and all. Icing on the cake is that you ought to takeba room for peaceful stay and get banged by endless DJ getting playing till 1/2AM in the night in the banquet halls on their ground and first floor.

We hosted my mother's birthday party. From the beautifully decorated venue to the impeccable service, lovely music and great food, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff's professionalism, kindness, and efficiency did not go unnoticed, and many of our guests remarked on how enjoyable their experience was. We had an unforgettable Recommended

The hotel looks really premium in the images on booking apps, but it's not anywhere close to that appearance. I had a mixed experience here. The good: 1. Breakfast was quite decent for a minimal additional price. 2. Room size was bigger than other hotels. The bad: 1. Most of the rooms don't have any window, it really affects the experience of being in the room. I was really surprised by this. 2. The health faucet (jet/bidet) in the toilet was not working, we called the room service, they fixed it in 15-20 mins. 3. The toilet seat was broken, which was a bad experience. 4. The bathrooms are quite slippery. 5. Location is really bad, there's nothing worth checking out nearby, all cafes nearby are unreasonably expensive. 6. The cleanliness of sheets and towel wasn't perfect, one of the towels had a big hole in it. Overall, unless I have something very important going on in this location, I wouldn't stay here. My experience at this hotel wasn't terrible, but I don't think I can recommend it either. For the price of 3K per night, it's still a bit expensive, but for prices of 5-7K per night, this is just unthinkable. This is quite far away from a '4 star' hotel as stated on apps. The staff was not impolite, but they don't seem very professional either.

Very friendly people. Great service. The service is excellent. The buffet was the best food I ever had. Thr rooms are very clean and the AC works. The bathroom was very clean. This is a 10/10. The only problems was electrical fluctuations and just that the kettle in our room was dirty but we could have just asked for another one. Most of you may be wondering, the hotel has a gutter opposite to it. Surprisingly, no stench or dirt can be observed inside. The service id super great and everyone is very friendly.

Attended a party, food was average and the quality was average. All vegetarian snacks served were not hot ( may be the burner not working). Service is good , can be improved . Location is good but lighting is required. Problem for disabled persons as there are stairs at entry. Ambience on first floor Banquet is good.

Excellent arrangements and decoration. Room service is very efficient. Rooms are well equipped and hygienic. Laundry is brand new and spotless clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. management is very supportive. Food quality is excellent. Food served is as per our directions. Strongly recommend the place for any function.
