Hello ..still no response for due refund of 15000+ for money taken in advance and no room . How can you all make fools of customer . _------- Never take this hotel . All are crooks . I did full full payment in advance to this hotel and worst experience of not getting room Worst experience ever ..even after advance booking and full payment given , we were told no room ..in middle of night we had to find out new hotel and that was at higher rate . They cancelled and told refund will come but till date no refund . Chor log hai sab ..never go this hotel

Pretty bad conditions. Rooms are smelly and dirty, Many Lights are out of order. Air-condition and geysers does not work in many rooms. When asked to switch room was told to raise complaint with oyo and find any other property

I stay in this hotel in July 2024, first of all they charged 1800 rs which is 200rs more than that website price. We stay in room no. 301 which AC is not working properly, the toilet seat cover is broken, the shower gate is broken, the roof is broken, TV is not working. We feel looted while staying in that room. Only good thing about the hotel is the service boy who give water even at 4 am.

This is a below average hotel which doesn't offer any services. They do not have kitchen option so you have to order food from outside. Rooms were big but average in terms of cleanliness. They say straight no for basic amenities like hygiene kit that needs to provided as per confirmation while booking. Their manager doesn't even care to attend the call and confirm the booking.

Checkin process is smooth for the property and the people at desk are generous! The location and access to outside food delivery is also smooth. The room no doubt was clean, however the washrooms need a real check and deep cleaning! The roof of the washroom was broken and hygiene issue are extreme! I recommend them to get it fixed and cleaned!

I had booked the basement Hall and all rooms for two days for marriage function well in advance.They double booked the Hall on both dates !! Unbelievable!!unprofessional!! Excuse "sorry by mistake"The night before the event when I should have been busy with event preparation, I was negotiating a solution . I felt unscrupulously trapped. Rooms are smelly devoid of toiletries, charges high with inadequate services. All be careful when planning an event here. I felt cheated of my happiness, even though I had planned well in advance and paid in full.... Was I the only one with such a bad experience? . Well I went through the reviews in the past. The summary of points which were repetitive over the past year or so. 1. Rude and unsupportive behaviour of receptionist and staff reported a number of times. One customer calls the receptionist a Goon!! Another says They don't prefer to answer you and even if they answer you they act as if you have asked them their kidneys. Reviews on Booking. com and Agoda also bring out rude behavior 2. Over charging, not providing toiletries rooms under maintenance, not informed. Unilaterally increasing room rate, over and above the booking through apps. 3. Poor and slow service number of reviews bring this out. 4. Pathetic/Unhygienic/ dirty/ filthy linen, inadequate number of towels find frequent mention. One customer mention holes in the bedsheets. 5. Fixtures broken, ac not working, geyser not working, has been reported in several reviews. 6. Morning tea is not available, breakfast is not good and the kitchen facility is inadequate and unhygienic has been reported in reviews. 7. To sum up. A customer review brings out. Pathetic Service. Unhygienic bathrooms No Toiletries given. Unfriendly staff. Poor food service. Another one brings out Worthless! Worthless! Worthless! Total bluffing. Dont book this hotel. Staff was so rude.

Hotel staff Clearly said food will not be provided although they were providing food prepared in the hotel to corporate bookings only.... Clear discrimination. Televisions not working properly, washrooms were not maintained from long time. For water bottle with MRP Rs.20 they are charging Rs.30/- bluntly saing they don't obey government rules.
