Staybia Hotel Neo - Best Hotel in Noida

This is a house converted to hotel. Very basic amenities like bed and bathroom. TV doesn't work bed linen washed rarely, toilets are not having any shower and they do not provide a stool to take bath. No additional chair for guests. If you book Online then they do not give room by saying it's full but if you book directly then you can have at higher rates. Takes full payment upon checkin so that you cannot complain

This review is based on our stay in Room no -2 for 5days. It is not at all a hotel or OYO room but a bed only(no breakfast) place, suitable for married/unmarried people for a very short stay in someones private house without any sign board of "HOTEL" whatsoever. Staff were greatly surprised with our stay for more than one night. Concept of hygiene is unknown to staff. They provide only one towel and a very thin soap for two adults. No extra head pillow for a kid. No daily housekeeping either. Bed sheet and quilt cover are simply made inside out to look clean before checkin. One chair for two occupants. No table. Overall very unplanned filthy place. Worn out partially functional bathroom fittings and accessories, missing knob for cold water mixer for shower to give hot water burns. Health faucet does not have spray but a sharp water jet threatening injury. No full size mirror in room. No ventilation. Not recommended for any family.

Hotel was good, had good cleanliness Didn't receive sealed water bottle, TV was not working But the only problem was the behaviour of the receptionist - he was forcing us to pay through cash even though we were getting much discount by paying online. He kept on forcing us to pay by cash saying he won't get money through Oyo. When we paid money online he gave us room not according to our requirement (gave us room just next to the reception) due to his frustration (and told all others were occupied). Also he told us to pay whole amount completely at the beginning only that's why we left the property early due to such treatment.

I was denied check-in saying they don't accept online bookings, He asked me to pay more than 1100rs per night even though i had booking through OYO. Kindly avoid this place if you are booking online. I really had very bad experience with more than 1 OYO rooms at same date. I stayed there because it was midnight already, I paid extra. Room was dirty and stains were everywhere, you can find foul smell and mice everywhere. Avoid this hotel and pay 1500 anywhere else and have a peace of mind. Never book a OYO. It a scam in Noida, with cheap prices they will have the booking and you will be denied check-in. You will thank me later. I don't want anyone else to have the same experience.

Location is good you can travel by legs from near by metro station. Room size is sufficient but AC is not much heavier as per room requirement.. washroom was clean and well managed with new equipments but service was little with low...

Never ever book this hotel in Oyo. Oyo will take the booking but when you go to hotel they will not checkin at all. Because of low price. The guy in the hotel sucks, he is really a non sense guy. Waste of money.
