Silver Leaf Hotel

I stayed at Silver Leaf Hotel, Block A, Sector 51 Noida from 23-25 February 2025 for business travel. While I appreciated getting a booking when other hotels were full and found the staff courteous and prompt, there were significant issues with the property. The suite allocated had broken door locks with makeshift fixes. Drinking water was provided in unsealed Bisleri bottles filled with RO water. The water in bathroom had high TDS. Bathroom fittings were rusted, no napkin near the wash basin, no shampoo, stained toilet, broken spray holder, and water-damaged bathroom door. One room had an old window AC, and the satellite TV was not working. The worst issue was the storage water heater, which made explosion sounds when switched on, forcing me to take cold baths in 13degC ambient temperature. Despite reporting, the issue was ignored, and I had to use a bucket of hot water on the third day. The overall rating on the travel portal did not match my experience, which I would rate as one star. I hope the management takes action to rectify these issues for future guests.

The room was well-furnished and neat, and the staff were all very helpful and supportive. I stayed there with my family, and despite the busy times in Noida, I found it to be a suitable place to live. It was truly awesome, and I wish to stay at the same hotel again. Everyone was incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We will definitely stay here again! This was one of the nicest places we stayed in Noida.

I had a wonderful stay at Silver Leaf. The staff was incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and impeccably maintained. A special highlight was the food at Silver Leaf, which was among the best I've ever had at any hotel.

I had a lovely time staying at Silver Leaf. The staff was very helpful, and went above & beyond to ensure that we had a great time. From helping us in getting to the safari, to giving us tips about traveling (and also getting our car fixed), they ensured that our trip was withoutany hiccups. The location of the hotel is also perfect to explore this city. Rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Do not have a single complaint. Special mention: The food at Silver leaf was one of the best I have had at any Hotel.

Cost effective hotel, staff is polite and courteous, don't bother you at all. Check-in is quite smooth. The rooms are spacious and clean. Just a small observation that their blankets are quite small so doesn't cover a whole person. Ordered food once, it was good although they don't have all items available at all times mentioned on their food menu although you can order online conveniently. Overall I'm happy with my short stays here.

Was on a business trip, location and services from hotel is very good, gentle and with good behaviour. Just felt that the rooms are quite old and room ambience was not good, and few things were not working in bathroom. Scope of improvement is there. Overall it's being recommended for short stay and small budget.
