NOIDA HERITAGE

The hotel is excellent. All Staff are very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast was also good. Rooms are well maintained. This hotel is a nice place to stay at Noida city centre Metro station is at a walking distance.

Worst hotel ever i've stayed, room are no like in photos. Door Locks doesn't work/broken. It looks like dusting is not done since week. Bathroom taps are broken. Lift is faulty, i myself stucked in lift and they need to manually open it that too after struggle. Telephone provided in room doesn't work. AC is not cooling.

Do not book room in this hotel very worst. We had booked a room and went there and paid the amout and after few hours of checkin the receptionist came and said we hv to pay extra 700 amount and if we dont pay they will ask us to leave. i was with may family and i tried calling goibibo customer care also about the issue but the customer is is much worse of goibibo there was no support. we had to pay extra 700 bcz i did not want my family to panic. Do not book may be this can also happen with you that after some hours of check in they will directly come in to your room without know and ask you extra money and if you dont pay they will threaten you to leave. Since you dont hv any choice these bcz you hv already paid the booking amout and they is no support from customer care you may v to pay extra

I booked this hotel 1 at march due to some urgency coz I'm stuck some work they stolen my I watch. Immediately I called front desk manager they are asking 15k to return my i watch .i was completely shocked how to treat guest like this . I never recommend this property and file complaint against this property. FIR registered Noida Sec 51.

The Noida stay in is too good to visit, the price is affordable with the location... Entry-exit is smooth without any hurdle. Rooms have all basic amenities which we require. Overall it was a fantastic check in

This property is the worst. Their AC doesn't work. The owner is rude as hell. We checked in to charge our laptops, the electricity wasn't there and my friend was bitten by bed bugs. When informed to the owner, he was extremely rude and asked to call the cops. I wish there was an option to give this property minus stars.

Staffs are good but property is worthless. Even basic features like power backup, Airconditioner , clean toilet are missing there. Food facility also not there... So please avoid if others are available

it was all good ..staff was very cooperative and food was of homemade taste as these guys have live kitchen also...best services and ambience in this rate we will opt it again...!!! peacefull environment and neat washrooms.
