Hotel White Castle

Hotel location is pollution area due to Bridge work under progress more than 4 yrs. Food very costly. Initially room service found good but later they simply neglected. Wifi not proper working, No cable TV connection. If any complaint report not rectifying immediately. Hot water getting more time so ontime we can't get ready. And complementary breakfast is very delay and room service only available. No dining. Simply money waste

I would give negative rating if that were an option. I had a meeting and booked the room for a few hours from mistay. The location is absolutely disastrous with dirty, under developed roads. Leaving that aside since the roads cannot be maintained by the hotel itself. The hotel had a very sketchy entrance with no reception or lobby. The rooms though I might pass out from recollecting the horrid details, starting off with the dully and again sketchy room that looked nothing like the pictures, the washrooms were totally unhygienic and I could barely sit on the bed since the linen was of such bad quality. Prior to booking on mistay I had personally called the hotel to confirm the amenities mentioned on the said website. Well to my horror it was a complete false image they portrayed in front of us. No toiletries were provided. The restaurant was so bad that I was grossed out to even step inside let alone think of ingesting something made in that place. I just rushed out of that place as if it were some haunted house I was trapped in. Only booked since it was on budget and made sense for a 6 hour meeting. Totally wasted my 1000 rupees, to me the railway lounges are way better than the facade they try so hard to sell. Read a few more reviews only to realise I was not the only one, really feel sad for those who had to go through such a horrible experience. Never will I visit this place again. My rating would be -100/5

I booked this hotel, because based on my budget, hotel staff is good and rooms are good, neat and clean. AC is working very well. I am giving rating 1 for service because I dont find any other option to give rating for food they served which is really worst. I don't find any better restaurant near by hotel also that I was not happy. There is a flyover construction is going on, so you will experience lot of noise and dust until construction will be completed. Car parking is not available. over all except food and car parking facility, I am happy with the hotel.

I would never suggest to keep this in your options. First of all the area is full of garbage, dump, water clogged all around the road. Coming to the hotel, it's not well maintained at all whether it's the entrance, crumbling lift, smelly lobbies. It's all dirty and chipping. Forget about using the Bathroom, it smells like hell(on complaining the staff told some gutter is connected to the line that's why). After all this you can imagine what would the room experience be like.

Non corporating stafff very bad location

Horrible hotel with a literally bad approach on its way. The rooms, washrooms, were not clean taps and gezers were not working properly. The breakfast served to us was not even fit for dogs to eat, it was really unhygienic with a plenty of salt in it which could affect a persons health badly. Our group of 34 was not satisfied at all from the sick hotel. Moreover, the staff and the owner were not polite towards us and they didn't care about the customers at all. I strongly warn anyone from going there. A person should not go to this dirty and unsafe hotel.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Location is a mess. There is an overbridge under construction and the roads are completely damaged. The hotel is also under construction (at least it looks so), rooms are not good, TV not working. After all this I didn't have courage to order food. By the way they have online menu which has to be opened through scanning a QR code. But it does not work. No tea/coffee sachets provided. It was my mistake to book a room. Won't recommend to anyone.
