Neat & clean room Good service & staff behaviour iss too good and friendly I'm really happy to stay here

Worst Experience, Rooms were dirty, Also I found a spy camera in my room which i booked, when i complained to hotel staff they behaved very rude, and then i complained to manager but he was nowhere to respond.

They show a nice room, but they provide a cheap, low-quality one. Otherwise ok as near by metro station

Very bad I am satying here from last 100 days but these guys don't listen . Room service and rooms smell are worst. Asutosh khaini member is the worst khaini member. Take room and ready to bear receptionist. Teach a tight lesson if any of you don't feel good.

scam ! scam! Scam! I got scammed Choosing this hotel was my worst choice. I just went there to give my NTA exam . They charge you extra per hour if you check in the morning. Does not matter if you had checkd in even 1 hour before 11am and they do not tell this condition before you step into the room. Once I paid first bill after some time they asked for another but the guy who was in the reception didn't tell me this thing clearly.... If possible I will share pictures of my bill for proof .

The reception lobby is great. The staff is OK. Parking space for cars is good. But the rooms. They are the worst that I have seen. Utterly dirty blanket, bedsheet and pillows. The room furniture was in shambles as well. Stayed there for three times due to unavailability of other good hotels in the area. Each time they allocated different room but with same pathetic condition. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
