The room was dirty but spacious. And rooms are costly considering how they are from the inside. However, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is good. Too many options for food and drinks in a walkable distance.

A budget hotel for solo business travellers for not more than a couple of nights. That says it all. Always available and at a very low price. However, the hotel needs a maintenance badly. Will not suggest to vacationers or family travellers.
