Hotel Premier Noida

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Premier in Noida during a business trip, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location: Hotel Premier is situated in a convenient area, easily accessible from major business hubs and attractions in Noida. The proximity to the metro station made commuting to Delhi and other parts of Noida effortless, which was a huge plus for me. Ambiance and Decor: The hotel has a modern and stylish decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and well-maintained, featuring contemporary art pieces that add to its charm. The overall vibe is a nice blend of comfort and elegance. Room Quality: The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was plush, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the coffee maker and ample charging outlets. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. Service: The staff at Hotel Premier were courteous and attentive. From the check-in process to housekeeping, the service was prompt and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Food and Dining: The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with a range of local and international cuisines. I dined there several times and found the food to be delicious and well-prepared. The breakfast buffet was especially noteworthy, with a good variety of options that catered to different dietary preferences.

Super hotel and staff very nice person super and tasty food service best

The customer service at this hotel is the worst I've experienced. The place is terrible and I would not recommend staying here. The food is also terrible, and the tea tastes like hot water. There is no network coverage, and the wifi system is not reliable. Additionally, when I asked for 2 water bottles, they only gave me one small bottle for three people. On top of that, even though we booked 2 rooms on the same floor, they gave us rooms on two different floors without any prior notice. This was a very disappointing experience.

This person on reception misbehave for breakfast. He charged extra for room saying don't tell to my owner . After asking name he was very drunk and saying my name is shaitan tiwari. Disgusting.. don't stay here

One of the worst place I have stayed till now. Actually I booked "Hotel The Royal Palm" through Google and when I reached the hotel they told me it's full and asked to stay in this Hotel since they have same owner it seems. Rooms had very bad odour and AC was not working properly... I definitely do not recommend this hotels. Even they won't provide water for free. Drinking water has been Charged 30 per bottle.
