Hotel P.K. Residency

We have stayed here 5 times in the last two months. Initially the experience was good but gradually we discovered that AC of most of rooms do not work. Cleanliness is an issue. Though they clean the room and bathroom every day but birds litter make it unhygienic. Food is highly over priced. During our last 2 trips we had to request them to change our rooms twice and thrice because AC's were not working but we had to pay the rates of AC. Once an electric kettle blasted. Staff behaviour is good but maintenance is not good. Room rates are same but amenities are not same. TV's needs to be checked whether they are working or not. You can't believe them blindly. Comods of the bathrooms are rusty and not in good condition. Here only customers compromise with there stay but hotel does not compromise while billing. This time during check in we insisted to provide them one particular room which is comparatively better but they refused by saying that those are booked. But when we decided to check out due to high dissatisfaction then they were ready to provide our preferred rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a work trip, opting for it due to its more affordable rates compared to other options in the area. One of the key advantages is their inclusive breakfast and dinner, which I found to be a valuable addition, especially when compared to pricier alternatives. All the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive especially Mr Rahul Yadav, which made my stay more comfortable. However, I would recommend it primarily for brief stays, as the location and dining options may not suit everyone's preferences.

Not worth of 3000 rs stay.. very old.. not well maintained.. not kept clean also.. would recommend not for a good stay.. and breakfast was also very bad.. water quality is not good.. kind of smoggy smell inside the rooms.. it's very old building not maintained properly.. cleaning not upto the mark.. washrooms are also not so good.. I would recommend other hotels in the same price tag in nearby locations

Worst stay , the manager of the hotel was so rude. Food hygiene wasn't good. Rooms condition was pathetic. Toilet seat was broken. Not well maintained. Everything in the room was broken. They don't follow rules at all. Management was so poor, and i found hair in my food.

Hotel is located very remotely. name is not displayed. Rooms were costly as compared to size and basic facilities. Service was slow. TV not working. No ventilation.

Worst hotel with 0 facilities If you are a couple so please be safe with the staffs as they notice you each and every time and even while going to the room Rooms are not clean Toilet seats are broken and soiled Worst experience never recommend this hotel

Good hotel and staffs. Nice place to stay

Staffs are very good. Interior of hotel can be better. Rooms are good. Once again staffs are brilliant
