One of the worst staff I have ever seen No manners Other than that its their fraud factory they literally fraud you If you ever book their hotel through any website then at arrival they will demand you double the money shown in that website and will literally tell you that their hotel name is nothing atp or smt they even will show you a card even though they have a board clearly stating the name hotel sunshine And will charge you extra I will never suggest this hotel to anyone instead websites like oyo and trivago and eveyother website should file a case on them doing this fraud .

Worst property looks like a slum they are fraud this property needs to be closed this is pathetic and literally disgusted all staffs are very unprofessional and they have very unhygienic toilets and rooms no towel no soaps no bathing accessories toilet seats are also broken sooo many mosquitoes and flies i just felt sicknesss yukkk

Pathetic. We booked the hotel online and paid the fees. Now the illiterate staff says that they have cancelled it because they want money in cash. We asked to speak let us speak to the owner. The receptionist said that he is himself the owner. What a joke this hotel is

Fraud Hotel, Stay away. The fraud staff will first take the booking and once you will come for checkin they will extort double the booking amount by threatening to cancel the booking if you won't pay. Calling OYO helpline will also not help, they will just give false assurance that action will be taken against this hotel but nothing will happen. Better to book a good hotel than going to these cheap fraudsters.

This is a Fraud hotel never book any room otherwise u will be cheated at end and u will loose money as we were and they are not returning my money after promising daily to return ..so beware of this cheaters and after that they will give customer care which is never responsive..so never ever book room

Booked from Agoda for 2 days, on reaching denied checkin stating the amount paid is not enough. Receptionist asked for 1000rs more. He said have not listed property on app they decide amount on their own, when I contacted customer care Agoda did not prove to be of any help and reverted the booked amount and told it's not the app who decides room tariff it comes from property itself. All this was going on at 11pm, I was stranded on road in midnight because of these kind of fake hotel listing who ask for money once customer reaches there from app.

A very disappointing stay for our guests here at Townhouse 983, Noida. Water taps were broken and had to be mended which took over 2 hours. Air Conditioning in one of our two rooms was not working and when we demanded a room change we were asked to wait for 4-5 hours. There was a late event which our guests had to attend and when they came back to the hotel after 10 PM, facility gates were locked and there was nobody present to open them up. The numbers of the reception went unanswered for about 20 minutes and only after we shouted out several times, another guest came out and opened the gate for us. The horrid affair didn't stopped there, as the rooms had no water bottles and no mosquito repellents. We had to search around the premise and raise an official complaint to OYO support to actually get water bottles delivered. All in all a very forgetful experience. And extremely rude behavior by the property caretaker one Mr. Dilip Solanki. This man is without doubt the worst of all hotel managers.

Place was nice not so good. 200m distance from noida sector 51 metro station. Place is clean and room are good, their is not much cleaning out side of your room but if you wanted to stay for day and spend time with you partner its quite well.
