Worst place don't go here Rooms are not clean Doors can't be locked

There was a big rat in the room and I wasn't able to sleep well. Also in morning there was no water supply in bathroom and didn't even pick the call up

The room was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar, with visible dust on surfaces and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. The furnishings were outdated and showed significant wear and tear. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations and needs considerable improvement.

Rats inside the room, washroom was disgusting and unclean , toilet seat was broken, the guy at reception was also very rude and mannerless. Also, the air conditioner was in very bad condition. Would not recommend to stay there.

Worst Oyo room of Royal Residency, instead pay little bit extra go somewhere else but never to Royal Residency, pathetic and inappropriate management, the photo shown on the website is absurd. No proper registration service , No proper drinking facility,No cleanliness, bedsheets are very dirty rooms infested with cockroaches, rats and ants. No AC and TV facility, No proper power backup, irregular water supply.

Poor ventilation. Only a door for ventilation that caused smell in room. Sink was blocked. Even the washroom was so small in the deluxe that the sink was fitted in the bedroom outside the washroom. rooms. No exhaust in the washroom. Ac was working properly but electricity cuts were frequent and long.
