Hotel Noida Continental

Continental Noida also known as , Review of Relax Suites Hotel or Umen Hotel. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The reality is nothing like the photos. The rooms are in much worse condition: the bed linens were dirty, and the wallpaper on the walls was torn. The overall state of the rooms is unacceptable. The worst experience happened during the night. From 1 AM to 6 AM, there was nonstop shouting and loud partying in the neighboring rooms. Sleeping was absolutely impossible. I tried calling the manager at the reception several times, but no one picked up. When I finally went to address the issue in person, I found out that the manager and apparently the owner of the hotel were part of the party! This is completely unprofessional and outrageous. After such a sleepless night, I feel terrible and exhausted. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There is zero respect for guests or their comfort.

Horribelest hotel ever booked by me. They charged 1074 for one day and were not able to trace my Booking while it was booked from their website only. After that room was stinking with dampness, bedsheets were old and used, towel which I ordered was wet. Bathroom was terrible and dirty. Even pigeons were banking wall of bathroom from outside. AC was not cooling at all even after complaint they said it is working and charged AC room charges. These type of hotels should be closed immediately

Not a good option for family. The workers there are not trained for basic hospitality. It's good for guys to have drink parties or night out in budget. Families should spend extra 250 to get a better hotel. Cleanliness is also an issue

Worst Stay Option, Please have a look at the pics. - I had booked through goibibo (Deluxe ac room). First of all the location is very bad, 3-4 wine shops and non-veg shops are there which make it very crowded and unsafe. Secondly the behaviour of the receptionist was not welcoming at all. Rooms were dirty and they didn't change later even after complaining about the situation and also in the availability of other rooms. You may see the pictures, how pathetic was my experience, even I had shown them the picture of room but no action was taken. No Soaps in any boxes available in washroom. And I was bringing one small pastry box after dinner, then the receptionist was looking at its packet like I had stolen something from their hotel. I don't know what brand of AC is their which don't give cooling even at lowest temperature. Throughout the time I spent there , I was feeling insecure because of their unwelcoming and very rude behaviour. I am never gonna recommend or visit here in the future. I am sure the honour of this property will look seriously into it.

This is worst experience visiting in a hotel where nothing is good. Rooms are dirty. Staffs are rude they dont have manners to talk to customers. Also try to find a way to extract money from customer. I mean why someone will keep such staff in hospitality businees. Never recommend this hotel instead u can stay in dharmashala. I Would have given 0 star but there is no option for it.

Rooms were spacious with no plugs to charge your mobiles, the beding items were overused and needed replacement...... Overall uncomfortable sleep....... Need to upgrade services and hope soon they will alleviate their customer service experience

The service of this hotel is most dirty and very bad and room is also not clean and these people also do fraud and hotel facilities are not available in room and I asked for 1 bottle of water and these people asked for charger of 2 bottles. I suggest no one to go to this hotel. Giving 1 star, because there is no option to give zero. This is to bring attention on your services provided by your hotel which is of the lowest of lowest quality considering the pain points - no power backup, unhygenic rooms, used bedsheets and 1, blood stains on sheet. If the person is paying for the service, he should atleast get these basic amenities. Worst hotel service ever faced. Would recommend to everyone please dont stay here. The receptionist will ask you not to pay through website but through cash saying he will reduce few bucks, dont get trapped.

Good hotel. I booked it for around 650 and it was worth it compared to other hotels that take extra charges on visit but this hotel didn't they were honest with their price. Tv wasn't working no shower products or towel not even hand wash in room. Room and washroom was clean but had a few mosquitoes. Bed sheet was dirty and also the blanket. So choose wisely
