Hotel Green Lotus

Had the misfortune of staying in this property for two days n nights, which was a nightmare experience. Our trouble began from the moment we checked in at the hotel. This property is situated in Sector 44 Noida bang on the road facing electric power station. Attendant didn't had proper uniform. No bell outside the door, u had to knock to enter any room. Food was very spicy and all guests complained of excessive spice. There was some foreign object when we are chapati during lunch, and breakfast for two days, we stayed. There was a vendor outside the premises who was selling gutka, pan masala and cigarettes etc which created a bad impression. The bedding in the rooms we stayed had all kinds of stains and visible dirt. It got changed after repeated requests to the owners/management in the evening, though we had checked in the afternoon. Tea was served in paper cups, which is unhealthy. This was changed when I objected in the morning and tea was served in cups. In some of the rooms there was no ventilation and guests felt suffocated. There were no proper mirrors in some of the rooms. Floors were dirty and looked like it was not cleaned for sometime. Worst was in store for us later. There was water overflow in the property and all the staff were busy in clearing the same. There was a rat in the room, where we stayed and it created a message and dig a big hole in the bathroom, when pointed out, the staff was very casual and did not pay much attention. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this property even for free.

I really enjoyed this place to hang out ,very close to botanical garden and sector 45 market . The place has good parking area and not much restriction for guests. A good place to hang out in noida.

The location is near to my office in sector 125. But the hotel is more of a four wall. No cleanness, no maintenance. The room will be as it was left by the last person staying. You have to ask the staff again and again to clean it to get your room worth staying. Staff is useless and unwelcoming. The price is high and they over charge everything. I was allotted a room and they didn't have the key to that room with them. So they allotted another room, like 3-4 times they changed the room. Just because they didn't have the key or didn't know if the room was vacant. I mean it's their hotel, right? So no safety at all. My whole room was a mess and I got everything cleaned from room, bedsheets to bathroom. And that too they were being very uneasy to talk. Wi-Fi didn't work. TV was not working. AC was not working. Numbers provided by them for the recipient and kitchen didn't work. I have to walk to the recipient from my room on 2nd floor for getting those working numbers And They keep providing me new numbers. So I won't be going there again. Hotel worth 0 stars.

Very poor service and behaviour at reception by staff. Will never recommend anyone to stay here. Dirty linens, dirty washroom.

The experience is very good. The hotel staff and management is very understanding. I love their Hospitality. I suggest you all of them who is planning for trip with their family and friends.. Love the restaurant and itialn cuisine is the best

The hotel room is very comfortable. I planned my stay there with my friends. From amenities to the booking process, everything was perfect. The staff was very cooperative. Really recommend this hotel as it is affordable and has good connectivity with the city
