Room was very clean and spacious, Food was also nice. Service provided was also very nice. Hotel also provided change of date on request as i could not make it on the day i booked.

These people are fraudsters and cheaters and making us beg for our hard earned money....Pathetic service and the reception blocking phone numbers as we asked for the refund. We had a death in family because of which we wanted the refund of 10 k , these people did not refund any money back nor do they respond back and blocked our phone numbers when we tried contacting...worst hotel and service ever do not book this hotel ..you will end up regretting your decision... ------- I am editing this review after your responce to your message on this review...there are some points which I want to mention over here. 1. The hotel has blocked my phone number 2.if you want me to take this review down then ,unblock it,discuss the matter with us as we never had a chance to do so, 3.the app used was goibibo and they have had a discussion with you regarding the matter and you denied the refund 4.I will NOT apologize for the mistake from the hotels end..it's still the "cheating " that you have done and now hiding behind the app front. 5. You all a fraudsters and cheated us as the app had a provision of giving refund if any death or medical emergency in family but you are refusing to listen to us. 6.your staff has been rude in blocking our phone numbers as we tried calling from 3 different numbers of family members and all are blocked..I see the professionlism.

Worst hotel stay, continuous power cuts, AC is not efficient to cool the room. Lizards in washroom , no landline in room, no breakfast options in menu. Balcony is of no use and covered with construction material, and used as store. Lifts are not working, dont come here. IGNORE IGNORE Worst hotel of my life, only by standing in front of AC able to breathe , hottest room. No number of reception, you have to go by stairs 3floors down just for water bottle.

Room size is good...but window AC doesn't work efficiently. Location on the website is not accurate and leads to difficulty locating the hotel. Overcharged for the facilities as even the lift doesn't work. Tea was good but food overall was very over priced. I don't think I would ever stay there

Guys.. My review is totally based on reality. We are the group of 5 people and in midnight we are searching for the hotel which is on walking distance from our office i.e. oxygen park. I called the Owner and told him that we need a room and the way he talks in a very polite manner and helped us for the stay is amazing actually i can say he cares for the customer and also provide us free breakfast as an complimentry by knowing that we are from IT sector however same we asked from his neighbour hotel i.e PK boutique but he didn't offer anything and is also not generous. This shows that Hotel Grand Omasha cares for the customer. Now lets talk about the room prices , services and space. So truely m saying room are spacious and neat & clean which owner offered us. We booked two rooms but when we entered we found that only one room is sufficient for all of us as there are extra bed in the rooms. Prices are extremely wonderful which i don't want to disclose here thanks to Owner for that. About room services we already knows guys whatever you want to eat you need to call them or ordered from zomato n all and they are there so this is same everywhere only matters the behaviour of staffs and in starting i already told about the Owner and same i found for staffs as well. Overall experience is wonderful and we already suggested to our company staffs to stay there if they need to visit office. moreover to this we will again booked the same ahead. Regards,

Great stay ahead this location was very peacful staff were very corporative..food was fresh and hyginic this hotel special for group booking like friends and family

I'm working in HCL and this hotel was walk-in distance from my office and this is the best part for me I never seen a room like this hotel so big so spacious and very beautiful. Also hotel Staff was very helpful and worth your money . Very easy to reachable.
