Poor service, leakage in the bathroom, no towels, soaps, glasses or dustbin in the room. I was first told to change my booking cuz all the rooms were booked even though I had booked my room online a long back. I was given a sub par room. Very poor service

Terrible Experience with Hotel - Never Again I had a horrible experience at this hotel from the moment I checked in. It took over an hour just to get a room, and when I finally did, they gave me an unprepared, dusty room, twice! The room was in an inappropriate state--scattered with used items, including condoms, which was extremely unhygienic and shocking. After raising the issue, they gave me another room for the third time, which was still not ready--no tissue paper, no towels, and no drinking water. When I asked for basic amenities, the staff asked for extra money for a simple bottle of water. Upon raising concerns, the staff responded rudely, saying that this is what I could expect in this budget, and if I didn't like it, I should leave. They refused to provide any further service, which felt like a threat. On top of all this, the room had no electricity, making the stay even worse. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel or book through Brevistay.

This hotel is friendly for families and friends to stay & services were very good & food is awesome as well. Plz try dal Makhani is best served in this hotel. The rooms prices were very reasonable and stay friendly.
