Hotel Ashray Noida

It was very pleasant stay with freshly cooked meals served by skilled chef. View from the balcony was very beautiful. We strongly recommend this place for those who are looking for tranquil holidays.

one of the worst experiences where you don't have AC remote in the room, even I had to change room which was slightly better because keys of the room were not available. Staff behaviour is good but this is not a hotel instead it is a house with seperate rooms on each floor with VERY bad condition. No hygiene and no proper cleaning.

Horrible rooms.. dirty and stinking. Very poor maintenance. The taps in bathroom are pathetic. Towels and bed linens are torn. Food stinks. They manage to get good reviews in Agoda. We booked for 4 nights, but left the hotel after the first night. Initially they promised to refund the booking amount, but later on denied to refund. Worthless hotel overall.

Very bad experience. We booked three premium deluxe rooms for four days through Agoda by paying higher price but after getting there we saw all the rooms are same..... Stinky, dirty, old, unwashed and torn bed linens. They don't even have an extra blanket in this chilling winter. Condition of washroom is very pathetic and unhyigeinic. Taps are old and rusty. They make us fool by posting photos by using very good quality filter. They don't post real pictures neither of rooms nor of toilets. As we reached the hotel late at night and we have kids and mother in law, we had to check in but we checked out from the hotel the very next morning but they didn't refund us any money (neither agoda nor the fab group of hotel) .

Worst hotel. Basic hotel provisions were missing and were not provided even after requesting, things like shampoo, lotion, towel, combs. There was no coffee kit, bisleri bottle but caps already opened (no idea where that water was filled from). The blanket was so thin that 2 of those couldn't provide enough warmth. Dirty bedsheet. Geyser and exaust didn't work in the bathroom. Unbelievable that this hotel is still hosting guests by fooling them through online pictures.
