Ginger Noida City Centre

I had a great experience during my stay . The housekeeping service (Ranjeet Singh)was excellent--very attentive, timely, and made sure the room was always clean and comfortable. Definitely added to the overall positive stay. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Hotel Ginger City Centre, Noida, and overall, it was a good experience with some areas for improvement. Positives: The food was excellent, and the breakfast spread was quite good. The hotel offers good value for money. Parking was available, which was convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful. Areas for Improvement: Toiletries could have been better. Only one towel was provided in a room booked for three, which was inconvenient. The room phone was not working. WiFi speed was not adequate. With a few improvements, this hotel can offer an even better experience. Would consider staying again!

I will start with cons - I booked it with agoda, It was mentioned I will be served with a welcome drink which never came. The receptionist Keerti was not welcoming at all. I expected I would be greeted with a smile atleast. She seemed unbothered and politeness seemed to be missing. I forgot my phone charger and requested to borrow one for sometime from reception. Straightforward denied. I understand this is not their headache but they never tried to even help or assist, showing lack of humility. They were not willing to even show empathy that time. I was living solo and in dire need. Manoj, the kitchen staff helped me charging my phone. No bathroom slippers were provided. I was charged 18% on food bill, which is supposed to be only 5%. Pros - Room was clean I ordered veg biriyani, It tasted good, a little oily though. TV was in working condition Hassle free check in.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at Ginger Hotel Noida, and a big part of it was due to the outstanding work of the housekeeping staff Ranjit Singh. The cleaner assigned to my room was incredibly thorough and attentive. The room was always spotless, with fresh linens and a well-organized setup every day. They were polite, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. Their dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene truly enhanced my stay. Thank you for the exceptional service!

These are budget hotels of Tata group and rooms and washrooms will be smaller in size. The location is good as it's near to metro station and on the main road. You have communication available 24*7. The breakfast spread was good as per the budget. Location is good for Noida, greater Noida and for Delhi side.

The rooms for a two star hotel are decent at the given price. I stayed only for a day and just had one meal which was very disappointing. The mutton was raw and half cooked. When I pointed this out, it was taken away and re-done but it was more or less the same when it was served again.

Over all the stay was good. The location is quite good has access to metro and cabs all the time.The food was decent can have better options for in-room dining. The house keeeping staff Satyaveer Singh was quite fabulous. He was very curteous. Overall a good stay!!

The rooms was good ambiance is also good, housekeeping services was fast and delightful, I have stayed there from 04/04/2025 to 005/04/2025 checking out on 06/05/2025, on 04/04/2025 i have ordered for cut fruit which was wrongly mentioned in my invoice when I have checked it on 05/04/2025 i have spoke to Mr. Anup(f&b caption) he told me that i have to pay for that and arrogantly force me to pay that dues which was already paid by me but I insist them to give me a proper invoice which I have consumed but hey denied and then I have placed a order for Kadai panner with Naan and one Lassi instead of Kadai paneer i have received something else when o demand to meet caption at 09:45pm he didn't came to meet me and a associate mamoj was came to me when I told him that wrong order was delivered and also give him a fresh order of lassi and demand that I want to leet caption but no one came to meet me and lasso was also not delivered, i told them that I want to talk to hotel manager same was denied by management and the AFOM Mr. Deepak dogra as I am influence of little liquor my query will not be entertained. They deliver whatever they want and also want us to pay for that forcefully. Mr. Supriyo, Ms Keerti, Mr. Shubash and Ms. Reetika was very kind and helpful all yhe way There are lots of mosquito all around if you will get dengue after staying here is not a surprise.
