I have been a regular at your coffee shop, mostly we visit for breakfast and occasionally for dinner. Very nice and minimalist ambience. Very clean servings that are expected from a high grade property, especially from ITC. ||Excellent breakfast , Good variety and choices. We enjoy peaceful, unhurried breakfast with such nice and courteous staff who is willing to go out of way to cater to our eating needs. Our special thanks to Divya for her excellent professional approach, her courteous demeanor and eagerness to make our experience so pleasant. All staff are professionally great.

From 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, we used to be there, and each visit was nothing short of excellent. The hotel offers a **highly professional and well-maintained environment**. Whether it was the meeting setup, projector, sound system, or the timely breakfast service - everything was perfectly arranged. The staff is extremely **courteous, cooperative, and attentive to details**, which truly enhances the experience. The food is delicious, hygienic, and energizing - exactly what one needs for early morning business discussions. One of the biggest advantages is the **prime location** - very close to Sector 18 market and the metro station, making it easily accessible. I had the most incredible dining experience at theZodiac! The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Ms Divya was very soft spoken and generous. I'll definitely be coming back again!

The stay and the coworkers are very good. I met her Ramesh, Ramkripal, Devendra and Ajay from housekeeping they were quick on supporting on every task and did a good cleaning. I stayed here for 2 weeks and was a great experience. The food was good and the hotel in in the good location.

Nice hotel with all the amenities and nice buffet. Housekeeping staff is very homely, polite and caring.Envourage hotel management to adopt good quality bard mattress, otherwise all amenities are good. Options in Dinner buffet should be considered to explore some starter options. Housekeeping staff Uoendra and Devendra are very polite and cooperative.

The trip was comfortable...the staff were also very cooperative.location is accessible. Rooms were spacious and big... atmosphere was overall comfortable and pleasant... service staff was also good especially devendra and Ramesh are good caretaker staff..

Hotel Fortune offers best food with amazing hospitality with a beautiful and hygienic environment. Ms. Divya was extremely coperative and hospitable. Must try food . Chefs and other people keep visiting your table to have a personalized attention.

It was a good experience, nice food and stay and good lodging. The service was good and the workers are all very polite. I always stay at fortune when I come to Noida and it has never disappointed me. Truly a pleasure staying here. Thank you fortune and thank you Ramesh.
