FabHotel The Golf Inn - Hotel in Sector 44, Noida

The staff is the worst I came across. They are not capable to manage cleanliness, room service or anything that is asked for. The room is not cleaned despite requesting to clean. The reception desk acts surprised when it's brought to their notice that our requests are not met. They will take 2 hours to serve in-room. Even for a simple breakfast or soup, they will take hours. Without follow up, you will never get what you asked for. The towels and sheets are never changed despite giving them clear instructions to do so.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, hadn't a good experience. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with visible dust and dirt in several areas. There was also a slight but unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bed was particularly concerning--it was not clean, with someone's hair scattered on the bedsheet and visible stains that should have been addressed before check-in. To make matters worse, no one came to serve water in the room. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic service was unacceptable.

My bathroom needed tiles repair work. The staff didn't clean the room even though we stayed for 2 days. However the staff of the hotel are polite.

One of the worst experience with the hotel room. Though, the staff members were good but the room was dirty, smelly and unhygienic. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedsheets and smelly uncleaned cover I have also lost trust in fabhotels.com for defending such hotels and not taking actions.

This is the worst experience in hotel. Hotel members are not professional, if you are traveling with your family or female partner, then it is a bog no for this hotel. Staff members won't knock the door, they directly try to open the door with handle. Rooms are unhygienic, bed sheet and bathroom are not clean. from manager to staff members they are try to be over smart and no ethical behavior.

Hospitality is awesome and staff is so polite and nature and way to talk so warming, welcoming if I will say in one sentence my words will be AWESOMENESS equal to FAB HOTEL

Overall it's good hotel to stay. Clean and hygienic bed sheets, bathroom and floor. Staff is very cooperative. Must stay
