Culture hotel

I would give a lesser rating if there was an option. We asked them to store our birthday cake in the fridge and when later asked for it, they said the staff ate all of it. When we asked to speak to the manager they started abusing that and said that he threw away the cake because they don't allow any food to be kept in the kitchen. THEY THREW OUR CAKE and did not even have the decency to ask us before throwing away the cake. When complained they said they don't care and we can just get lost and don't come back The audacity of the owner to mistreat the customers who have paid for their services is unbelievable. It takes a lot to be a business man but it takes nothing to be a human. The power cuts, no water bottles or dental kits and uncleaned rooms are all complimentary. I don't understand why these people choose to be in a business that requires serving people, charge them for money and then behave unaccountable.

Not sure about the reviews like how this hotel got such a huge number of good ratings. This has been one of the worst experience in any hotel I booked the hotel by reaching the location for Rs 1200 on Monday 15th July in night after office. No water bottle was provided I got the room which was opposite to a open store room smelling yukk Since it was late night I took it and slept Room was average But wasn't as clean as expected Bathroom was clean Later in nigh I noticed the ants all around the beds head. Next morning I tried the breakfast Cook told that only parathas would be there I ordered Onion Aloo Paratha, upon that he told that take aloo paratha I said ok give but please make it spicy. To my surprise, it was kind of just boiled potatoes with full oil and I guess it was prepared before and just heated for me. Then Tea came which was Half Cup for which Cook told that it was over that's why he gave half cup I thought for me only they would have missed to serve the complimentary water bottle Bt I spoke to one anty on the same floor who also told the same experience that I had Then I got shocked Later while paying for paratha, receptionist asked to pay for water as well My patience level broke and I asked wont you give water also????? Then I asked for dental kit, he said no(That I understand) I thought to have sound sleep and leave the hotel on 17th July in morning after a hectic work schedule But less did I know that picture to baaki ti There was so much power break during night And at 4 AM power completely went and all left was staying in a hotel and cursing myself that why did I trusted Google Reviews I know nothing can be corrected now, but thought of posting it so that may b 1 person will choose to go with different hotel that has comfort

1> Food was bad 2> Service was worst 3> Hotel location is undoubtedly nice, but don't get spammed with the reviews since it has been changed since 1st June, so all services got degraded 4> Paid an amount of 1200 and got nothing 5> Why do we go in a hotel, to get services right, whole night I had to struggle since power backup was automated. At 4 am, power backup also went and there was nothing in this hot weather. For what then they took 1200rs? 6> No dental Kit(ok adjustable) 7> No complimentary water bottle that u can get even in a small hotel.

Great place for any function or party. Recently celebrated my son's birthday, fully satisfied with food , and service. Ambience is too good... Highly recommended ....

at this price at noida, rooms are all right. the problem is with maintenance. the photos are NOT of this hotel. the rooms, linens, washroom is dirty. the most big problem is with service. they don't want to serve anything. i asked for water, they said only one bottle can be given. i asked to clean the washroom, they said they have done it in their own time and can not be done again. there is no lift.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

Fake Hotel, with fake name on Agoda. I made a booking with a Hotel Name Meera Eternity with the same photo as this hotel has, there was no email, no phone number, no Google map location. The only location these people have marked on map in Agoda is of the same location as this hotel, and instead of Saver City grocery store they have mentioned, near saver City apartments which doesn't exist. I will publish my blog everywhere on internet, untill this hotel shuts down. I've made advance payment on agoda and now I cannot go to hotel or even cancel my booking. This hotel is also on Oyo with Culture Hotel name, with exactly the same photo on Agoda with a different Hotel name. I am attaching photos as the proof, and please also check the address on Agoda for Meera Eternity, and the address these people have mentioned here. It is exactly the same with little manipulation, please help me to break this scam.
