Chhavi Hotels

This property doesn't exists, I booked one month ago thorough AGODA, today while check-in property manager told this property has been closed. They no more offer Rooms but online Booking agents still making us fool. Pls don't book this s property and fall in scam trap...and struggle to get the refund.

Was confused before going here because of the mixed reviews but it was a good stay. Breakfast was okay could've been better. Kettles need repairing asap.

This is a good hotel if you are traveling for Business purpose. I have stayed here 3 times for around 12 days. The cost is little high but the worth value for money. I like the food they serve both in breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean. Service is little slow. Near to Amity university and many other offices. Overall good stay experience

So I stayed in chhavi hotels for 15 days for a short course. I loved the service. The staff was more than happy to be of service and there was 24/7 help from their side! I liked the breakfast too.The food is homely. The staff is friendly. I'll definitely stay here if I ever come back to Noida! A plus point is that there is cult fit gym on the first floor and I guess it's accessible if you pay minimal fee. Didn't try it but heard that it's accessible. The only one thing that i disliked is that receptionist lady. She was damn rude. I wish I had an option to specifically rate her! 5 star to the hotel but -1 to her, literally.

Hotel and location is good, rooms are also nice , service is little poor , room fare is very reasonable compare to nearby Eliot hotel . Parking facility inside the premises is good thing, some workers behaviour is not polite it should be change. Some rooms ac and bathroom exhaust fan not working properly and have to change room for this reason and it takes too much time so there is a negligence .

Great team of good hearted guys.Booking process was smooth and courteous. But a long way to go in terms of hospitality industry standards especially if you have expectations as a regular traveller. Basic standard operating guidelines were missing. Its a little more than sophisticated guest house in a convenient safe locality. Everybody in room service is expecting a tip everytime. Frequent power cuts. Heater switch got burnt and flames erupted..something I have never seen in a quality hotel. The receptionist was not even frightened when we mentioned fire incident.. They got it fixed after few follow up calls and generous tipping. Lifts were not working most of the time during our stay. Need to have more focus on food quality staff hygiene in handling food. Food is okay. Limited options but okay in quantity and quality. It can be better. Response level for room service has to improve a lot if you are expecting to host guests from different parts of the country and across the world.. considering the fact that Amity and other major institutions are located just a stone's throw away. But this team can improve and has the potential to be a really great hotel.

The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and cozy with great ambiance and amazing food. Everything is just perfect but I am deducting one star coz I found the staff bit rude. The staff was not polite and respectful. I found them arrogant. Rest the hotel, location, food and everything was on point

Short coming: Location: rural area hazipur developing far off from railway station. Rooms: interior basic quality Quality of water in bathroom is very hard & tds isn't controlled Foul smell outside hotel Positive: Multi speciality hospital in neighborhood Food & other services available via swiggy instamart 24/7. Room service is fast Rates of room is negotiable
