Great stay at the price. - Rooms were neat and clean. Sufficient storage space for 2 people. Beds could have been better. - Bathroom was clean too though the one I stayed had slight water logging issue. - Adequate amenities and superfast WiFi speed. AC cooling should have been better. - Dinner thali was yummy although buffet breakfast can be improved

I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel, and I can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From start to finish, everything about this place screamed poor service and unprofessionalism. First of all, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff at the front desk were incredibly unhelpful and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my room, even though I had made a reservation in advance. When I finally got my room, it was nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a musty smell that was unbearable. The amenities were non-existent. The Wi-Fi didn't work for most of my stay, and the television had only a few channels, half of which were static. When I called reception to ask for help, they gave me no solution and simply hung up on me. The worst part was the service. The staff was rude, unresponsive, and seemed completely disinterested in helping guests. Housekeeping didn't show up until late in the afternoon, and when they did, they barely cleaned the room. I also had a problem with the air conditioning, which was broken, and the staff did nothing to address it despite repeated complaints. To top it all off, the food at the hotel was awful. The breakfast was cold, unappetizing, and limited in options. I honestly felt like I was staying at a run-down motel instead of a hotel. I would never recommend Bloom Hotel to anyone. It's a total waste of money, and I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable, pleasant stay. This hotel is not worth the price, and I will definitely never return

The stay was so good. Service was quite fast. The front office team was so helpful . All staff have a positive attitude towards guests . Such a friendly environment.

From the moment I checked in, the service was far from welcoming. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping and took a long time to process my check-in. The room was nothing like the photos online. It was smaller than expected, with outdated furniture and a musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. The amenities were lackluster as well. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the breakfast provided was bland and not fresh. The noise level in the hotel was also disturbing; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and wouldn't recommend Bloom Hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer much better service and value for money.

The staff kept reminding us to wrap things up, making the entire event feel rushed and unwelcoming. The food arrangements were even worse. The buffet was poorly managed, with some dishes running out quickly and taking forever to be refilled. The quality of the food was far from what was promised--bland, cold, and lacking variety. Even the basic service, like ensuring plates and cutlery were available, was overlooked. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was indifferent, and they seemed more interested in clearing tables than actually assisting guests. It was clear that customer experience was not their priority. Overall, it was a frustrating and embarrassing experience, especially for those who had put effort into organizing the event. I would not recommend Bloom sector 62, Noida to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable gathering.

Terrible Experience, Worst Hotel Stay Ever I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel, and I can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. First, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff were unhelpful and seemed completely disorganized. I had to wait for over 30 minutes despite having a reservation, and no one bothered to explain the delay. The room was nothing like the pictures online. It was small, stuffy, and had a musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear everything happening in the hallway. The bathroom was in poor condition, with water stains on the walls, and the shower didn't even work properly. The cleanliness was absolutely appalling. There were stains on the sheets, dust on the furniture, and even a used towel left in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, but no one ever followed up. To make matters worse, the hotel amenities were lacking. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, the breakfast was cold and tasteless, and the gym was tiny and poorly equipped. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was terrible, the room was subpar, and overall, it felt like a huge waste of money. I will never be staying at Bloom Hotel again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
