The hotel rooms were just okayish, and the staff wasn't very good at running a hotel either. I had to stay here because there aren't many other choices near Sector 137. (Ps : I had to visit an office in sector 137 the next day and therefore wanted to stay in proximity) I checked in late at night. Right away, I noticed the bathroom smelled bad, and there was a pair of pants (probably left by the last guest) hanging in the bathroom. I made them change my room right away. The new room wasn't good either. The toiletries provided seemed used. Towels doesn't seem to be fresh/washed properly. Had to ask them to change it again. I recommend not to book a room with a breakfast option here. I paid Rs 900 extra (through Agoda) just for including breakfast with my booking, but to my surprise they only offer a paratha or a sandwich. That too they ask to call and check for availability. Overall, poor room service and hotel management.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, but what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality provided by the staff. A special mention to Senior Manager Pawan Kumar, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His warm and supportive demeanor made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you to Pawan Kumar and the entire hotel team for making our stay so special!

Vary good stay and hotel location also some staff are attentive like front desk staff service boy

Shady place! Under construction site and that was going on till late night 2:00 am which led me to a sleepless night. Staff was not well trained. They do not provide breakfast or any other meals and beverages for that matter. Kitchen is not working. Untiy and dirty rooms. Manager was rude. Used shampoo bottles were given. No discipline at all. Will not recommend this girls/ladies especially!

Fabulous hotel best staff complementary snacks is vary testy hygienic rooms

Very bad. AC was not working and full of mosquitoes. Breakfast was horrible. Only bread and cold poha were served.
