I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. I had paid for the entire day and checked in at 4 AM, only to find that the room was already occupied by two drunk individuals who were sleeping there. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were clear signs of alcohol consumption throughout. The bedsheets were dirty, and the toilet was in an unsanitary condition. To make matters worse, I had to wait for 30 minutes at 4 AM for a staff member to clean the room before I could finally settle in. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially after a long journey. Although the room was eventually cleaned and handed over to me, the entire situation was unacceptable. I expected a clean, comfortable room as I had paid for the full day, but instead, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and hygiene. I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying at this hotel. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness and guest comfort is deeply concerning. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future guests from experiencing the same disappointment.

It is a good Hotel. Although they don't have kitchen but the owner takes care all the things. He is good , helpful and supportive.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the metro station ( Knowledge park 2nd metro station ) Enjoyed the stay.
