Hotel Red York

I would like to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Red York Hotel, Noida: 1. Incorrect Address Provided: The hotel shared a wrong address over WhatsApp, leading me to a different location and causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience. 2. Unpleasant Check-In Experience: The check-in process was not smooth and lacked the professionalism expected from a hospitality establishment. 3. Basic Amenities Missing: Essential amenities such as towels and soap were not provided, which is unacceptable for any standard hotel stay. 4. Overcharging for Water Bottle: Despite water being expected as a complimentary item, I was charged 33 for a bottle that should cost 20 at most, which reflects poor service ethics. 5. Extra Charges for Coffee Without Bill: Additional charges were levied for coffee without providing any bill or proper documentation, raising concerns over transparency and fair billing practices. 6. Overcharging for Room Booking: I was charged 2,000 for the room, whereas online prices reflected rates around 1,200. The staff handling my check-in manipulated the situation by falsely stating that all rooms were booked, leaving me with no choice. This felt like a clear case of overcharging and manipulation. 7. Lack of Proper Billing: No proper bill was provided for my stay or for the additional charges for water and coffee. I request the hotel to immediately issue the official invoice for my complete stay and all extra payments made. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and did not match the price or expectations in any way. I would not recommend Red York Hotel to anyone. I urge the hotel management to take immediate corrective actions to maintain transparency and improve customer satisfaction.

Room service and hygiene should be improved in a great way. Feedback passed on to them, and their owner called up and assured that they would be taken care of.

Worst hotel. Never stay. No hygiene No room service sense Dirty floor Stinky and smell palce No light even in elevator Bathroom pipes were also leak Morning breakfast has also very poor quality and also not able to server for 10 people at least. Bathroom heater also not working All tap having a salty (alkaline) substance placed and they even not clean it. Room service person not clean room properly even after multiple instructions. Landlines also not working I booked for 2 Night stay but 1st night I change the room and after next day breakfast I cancel the next day booking also. "Worst out of Worst hotel "

Good place to stay and very inexpensive. Room is large, bed is nice and comfortable, food form their kitchen is great. Place is clean and the people are nice. I have stayed at hotels charging 8000inr a night that were not much better than this place. I highly reccomend. THe staff keeps checking with me to make sure i have everything I need and I am happy with my stay. IF you are a foreign guest and book the stay while in INdia, you may be asked to pay a fee at time of check in as foreign guests must be registed and forms filed with the INdian goverment and if you book within India via internet, there is no way for them to know you are foreign national, so dont be suprized if this happens.

Overall 2star rating considering below points: 1. Rooms are average and not at per the price/tarrif. No openable windows, no ventilation, not well lit. 2. Washrooms are very old type, flush does not work properly, broken/loose taps, though having gyser, hot water was not available. 3. Foods are very costly and not at par. 4. Room service is good. 5. HOTEL PERSONS DONT TRUST GUESTS, AS IF GUESTS WILL FLEE WITHOUT PAYING THE BILL.. ASKS TO PAY IN ADVANCE EVERYTIME. 6. Only cash and UPI payment is available. 7. Gives photocopy of the bill if requested but not original.

worst place .. please dont get fooled by seeing picture in website.. it is totally different very dirty and stuffs are very rude.. they dint even refund the amount.. watsed our time telling we will refund but owner siting inside and telling the receptionist not to refund.. this hotel is very uncleanliness and owner behaviour is really worst.. really felt very disappointed..
