The Royal villa

Worst service and hotel experience. I ordered a water bottle, and even after 30 minutes, it wasn't delivered. I called the reception multiple times, but no one answered. When I went to the reception myself, they claimed the bottle had already been delivered. I asked them to check the CCTV footage, and only then they told me to wait another 2 minutes. Eventually, I received the water bottle 20-25 minutes later. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service.

Had a pleasant one-day stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient. Great value for money--would stay again!

We stayed as a family on 7th january 2025.Extremely helpful staff and showed a lot of empathy.Our child developed illness and vomited in the room.The house keeping service was prompt to respond at 1:30 in the night and prepared the room again within minutes.They displayed extremely helpful behaviour and had the empathetic attitude to our distressed situation.God bless the team. Really thankful from the core of our heart to make us feel at home.

Affordable and Decent Stay. Rooms clean and spacious. All basic facilities and polite staff. Cannot write about food as we didn't tried the same.

It was a nice experience with Royal Villa. Stay was very comfortable and service is too good. They have maintained a good hygiene in hotel and rooms are amazing.
