The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor, and the support staff were rude and highly unprofessional. The location is also quite inconvenient. I strongly advise against staying here.

I've booked this place twice on booking.com. My first stay wasn't great with regards to the room. But the staff and response has always been positive. Upon request they'll clean your room. The second time I was assigned a better room and the same supportive staff. Location of this property is good for me as it's close to where I work. It's in a quite residential area with good connectivity. They have an in-house kitchen and food is quite decent. They have generator for power back up, the AC's work well. Wi-Fi was good too. Overall experience was quite decent. I'd recommend and would personally stay here again.
