Points I would like to mention: 1. 10 a.m., and the breakfast counter is closed. and what if the guests entered the breakfast lounge and waiting for their turn to have breakfast? 2. No Geyser, you will have to wait for their bucket of hot water, which till now we are waiting for, and they are sending to our room and yet to reach from yesterday. 3. Broken door locks, poor walls, and dirty rooms are their specialty in welcoming guests. 4. Entering the room, there was no bottle if drinking water. We called, and then they arranged.

Its nice place for Business trip , I stayed for 10 days for my Company tour , realy they taken care for all , Nice and clean rooms perticular they putting daily Buffet breakfast u can enjoy with multiple option , best wishes the Casa Team will recommend you .

Not advisable . Not paying back the refund amount since 4 months of vacating . Not to be trusted . Very average rooms and no power backup for the lift . Every Monday morning lift is not usable .

I have paid per night 2200 for Dlx rooms and stayed for four night,over all everything was Good except My office Sec 127 was little far from Hotel , I m from HCL Foundation and I really like this place recommend people to stay for business trip , they will special take care you , Good luck

It's the worst hotel stay in my 60 years of life. Behaviour of staffs were horrible. There was no hot water facility

i stayed here for one month worst stay ever ,moreover they didn't refunded my security too

Attended a function in their halls such a bad experience don't wish to go there again be it their service their upkeep and worst is their toilets not cleaned for ages and no water in ladies toilet.
