Golden Palms Nanpara (Hotel & Resorts)

Terrible experience at this hotel. No electricity in room for whole night, full of mosquitoes, no water in bathroom. Please never stay at this hotel. I am blacklisting this hotel for whole of my company.

Worst hotel to stay Staff is arrogant and rude There is no water in the room, I asked the hotel manager and he said that's what we have If you want to stay, stay otherwise leave I have never seen such misbehave employees of hotel It is only a so-called good hotel in that area, that is why they take disadvantage of that Don't waste your money

We had a very good experience at hotel golden palms during our stay at the hotel during summer vacation.

Resort is good and have most of the facilities one needed but the service staff is not cooperating and rude. If service was given properly and the rooms are maintained then it could be one of the best in the area. Room charges and food are also of quality here.

I was a bit skeptical to find a good hotel in a place like nanpara but eventually i found a great hotel. Golden palms is avery nice hotel. Nice room nice hospitality. Everything was great and i never had any inconvenience. Will visit once again when i will be in nanpara.

I had the misfortune of staying at the Hotel Golden Palm and it was an absolute disaster. Everything was a complete mess from the moment I walked in. The TV and AC in my room wasn't working, the restaurant was barely operational and the service was beyond pathetic. To top it all off, the rooms were ridiculously overpriced for the terrible experience we had. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Definitely the best hotel in Nanpara. The rooms are sufficiently clean, AC is working and the restaurant has surprisingly good food. Also, the hotel manager speaks fluent English and I easily managed to resolve with him one issue or two. A reliable choice for Northern UP.

I was very impressed! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was great, right in the heart of Nanpara. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Nanpara.
