Walia Hotel

Staff need to be more attentive. The manager should ensure that he is well aware of whom to be coordinated if there is any wedding and other function organised. The hotel should be geratic and disabled friendly. The geratic population struggled going to the hall which is in the basement and open area which is on the ground floor back side. It is essential to have a foldable Elevator chair on the basement staircase for guests who can't climb and step down the staircase.

An average place for meetings, parties and stay. Rates are higher according the quality and service. No complementary items Bathroom was dirty. Furniture was old. Rooms look so old . Parking space is low. Food is costly seeing the quantity and quality . I choose other option if available

Rooms are average, service is average too, but staff is bit rude.

The hotel is not handicapped friendly. Very limited parking space.

Nice place 1st time visit but I like this

Overall very nice and spacious hotel for a place. Good and corporative staff, well maintained room and common spaces. Modern amenities with old world charm.

I stayed with my family of 2 children in Hotel Walia Residency for 3 days in the month of Oct 2019. We stayed 2 days in family room and 1 day in executive room. Executive room was much better than family room. Family room have very old AC & toilet flush also stopped working on 2nd day. Location of the hotel in right in the centre of the city yet away from the crowded place. It has enough amount of parking place for 15-20 cars. Restaurant situated in the hotel provides good food in decent rates. Service of the staff was efficient.

I visited their restaurant only which wasn't upto the expectations. Services are too slow, staff was behaving good but they were like in denial expressions plus food was okayish and very expensive.
