Only location is good. Service is quite slow...Staff particularly at Reception is highly unprofessional with hardly any etiquettes and way to handle or talk to the customers. They will make you feel as if by giving you a room they have actually obliged. Room service is poor, untrained and arrogant staff. Explore now lots of other good properties/hotels have come up in Muzaffarnagar.

I attended my brother-in-law's wedding at this marriage hall, and everything was excellent. The property is well-maintained, clean, and organized. Such a well decorated restaurant it was . In this restaurant we see that a swimming pool on 3rd floor is situated. Many functions like engagement and wedding ceremony takes place in it . And there is a elevator for your facility. It's spread in around 500 acres

The hotel entrance is quite impressive and very spacious. This place was quite clean but the washroom on the roof wasn't hygienic. However, the washroom on the other floor was quite good. The food was good too and if you prefer to do some shopping then Vishal mega mart is near this location as well. Overall it can be considered to stay with family.
