OYO 40102 Hotel Galaxy Inn

We have booked hotel from the oyo app traveling from delhi to haridwar , hotel person refused to get check in in the property to us, as having couple issues. It is very late in the night so he asked for double charge without considering the app booking. Seriously such a disgusting and horrible experience in the property. With the app he can't check in but need more payment for the property asked price!!

This should be the last option to stay if we do not find any other place. The locks of rooms and rest rooms were faulty, no house keeping, no duplicate keys, geysers had no switches to plug, TV had no channels working, Staff was cooperative.

One of the best hotel in muzaffarnagar in budget price. I really liked this hotel. And food arrangements around here is also good.

This is good hotel.neat n clean. Services n staff are very good.

Worst cafe i ever visited they gave us the wrong order and didn't take new order it turns into a quarrel.

Staff members was polite and made us feel quite comfortable
