The one star is given for the lack of a negative rating, else this would be -5. POSSIBLY THE WORST PLACE TO HOST ANY EVENT, WHETHER A PARTY OR A FUNCTION. AND THE HOTEL IS REALLY A 0 STAR. Possibly the worst place to host any event, whether it be a party or function. Moreover, the so called hotel rooms could put a college hostel to shame (even those are good these days) Not properly maintained would be small thing to say. We booked all the rooms for a day, and still there was no help and service provided, and the manager was worst person to talk to. The toilets and bathrooms were badly stinking and not taken care of even after requesting. Biggest mistake to select this venue for a marriage celebration. The hall ACs are probably of previous century and barely work, but as per the manager and owner the green light is on and that implies they are working. In fact the plugs were loose and we have to ourselves set some of them ON. There's no AC near stage which means you will be boiling as the overhead fans are just for show. There's a lift that connects the main hall to food hall on first floor. The lift was supposed to work seamlessly but apparently broke down every 5 minutes. And there was no one responsible to fix that in the day. The manager was not present various elders and other people had to climb stairs because of the mismanagement. It was such a cause of shame to us, while the manager upon arriving literally denied any such faults in lift. The behavior of staff, particularly the manager was so bad that no one felt welcome in the place. Some of them were drunk , even in the day and others said we are new, we do not know anything at all. No problem was resolved. Also there was no security and hall got filled with pickpockets, inspite of so called guards in uniform. There are multiple openings for the hall from the backside which we were told to be closed, but those gates were never closed even on request.(Imagine getting the groom's father being attacked by one of these pickpockets in midst of the sagai function) (the bride's purse gets stolen in the night and the so called CCTV camera footage was not available on PC until next day) Some drunk and misbehaving staff were sitting smoking next to a door near stage and oogling ladies and girls at Sangeet time. The hall has almost no decoration of it's own and it's really not worth the cost they ask for. We kept asking for their final decoration pics 30 days before and they were provided only 7 days prior to event. We were told that they can arrange for external decorator, which was a plain lie as they could not get one till literally 2 days prior to the ceremony. This caused a great problem as everything was rushed. And let's not talk about food, even if you somehow end up booking this place, don't get their food person involved. Bring your own catering. And do not expect anything from their waiters who did not even know how to serve food to groom and bride. The groom literally arranged his own table. (And sadly they did not have the common sense to keep aside some portion of dishes for bride-groom and the family as they eat after Barat and varmala etc. Most of dishes were finished and it was such a shame to find most counters empty) Seriously the experience was so frustrating and the whole family felt utterly disappointed and disgusted at this venue. PROBABLY DO YOUR CELEBRATION AT A PARK AND MANDIR THEN DOING IT AT THIS DISGUSTING VENUE.

During my recent visit to Hotel Siddarth and Banquet Hall in South Civil Lines, Muzaffarnagar, I found the services to be average. While it met basic needs, it didn't offer any standout features or exceptional experiences.

An average banquet hall good for marriage and small ceremonies. The price is fairly justified as per the services offered. ABOUT FOOD- Nicely prepared and well msintained. The space is medium sized and compact, not very big. Location is also posh.

Food was good but ambience was ok. It was a decent arrangement for a gathering of approx. 100-150 people. But more than that will be chaos. DJ arranged by Hall was good. It is on road and hence easily accessible to all. A bit crunched space and Dining hall is closed on first floor. In winter it was manageable but i guess in summer it will be difficult to eat food with closed surroundings. Decent Sitting arrangement for approx 150 people was available. Ok experience. Parking space not available with them. Parking can be done on road around Banquet hall but its not available with Hall.

It is on main road on muzaffarnagar. Gud You can easily take bus to go anywhere from this . Station is also near. We can reserve this for marrige party and we can also book for any small party . This place is also good for kintu party from here we can also take bus from here. So I go there off an on. My experience is very good from here. Thankyou for reading my review

Great place for a single person to stay. Saurabh guy helped me out alot.

Limited space hall, not that much spacious, but good for small kitty parties, birthday celebrations etc. Lift is also there, main hall is on ground floor fooding is on 1st floor.
