Rude staff with cheating intentions. They will deny online booking by saying we didn't receive it. You need to prove about your booking.Even if they accept it will not give what is supposed to be part of the package. In booking checkout time is give as 12pm, however, they will ask to vacate at 10:45am, and not even give extra 30 mins, else they will charge for additional day.

Shitest hotel in a town and staff is very rude even tho manager is really rude and aggressive dont listen to customers and charging peoples money for no reason

ac not working properly. Service is worst and manager doesn't know how to behave with customers. Manager is own attitude. He doesn't non-veg items in menu card and no food available on time. I ordered outside so hotel doesn't give me plate for that reason. Egg is veg item so for egg they can serve in plates but chicken is non-veg.

Ok, Frankly speaking, hotel lack in warm hospitality. In absence of kitchen and in room dining service the feel of hotel gets lost. May be with professional approach it may sound good.

One of the worst hotel ever.staffs are very rude. No management.. services are very poor. Asking money 25 rupees bottle more than MRP. And asked for the bill they have provided the fake bills of other hotel name without address and GST details. Not recommended. Rooms are just matchbox.

Good place to stay, rooms and bathroom were clean, staff was ok, food was good too and wifi was available. Though tv was not working and geyser could be opened by desk guy only. Rooms are okay priced, could be lower but hotels around are not that good. Couples are welcomed so that's a plus point.

A two star hotel with small bit good rooms. The pool is missing, restaurant is missing only rooms are provided. Located in the heart of Muzaffar Nagar, the place is crowded in day time and you may easily ignore the place in the night time as you need to leave a bridge and take a narrow lane to reach to the hotel. The staff is good and supportive. Charges 50 for a 20 water bottle that too without bill.
