Hotel's location is at first floor, However you can find it way easily. Hotel customery Services needs improvement as there is less employees to provide exceptional services... Hotel Management must consider to provide exceptional services to their employees where there is high level of competition in Market. Cleanliness at the Hotel needs necessary actions while cleaning in rooms are way better.. Management must take necessary actions in infrastructural maintenance and development of the rooms of the Hotel.

Hotel was pretty good in budget price and high class cleanliness and also service boy was very good in nature little bit delay in orders but must go for it Non AC Room @ Rs 1120 AC Room @Rs 1600

Affordable rooms at good location.

It's a medium range good hotel with clean rooms, linen and wonderfully working ACs. The location is just across the railway station in Muzaffarnagar and convenient. Washrooms are ok,. Not dirty but not so flashy as someone may expect. The hotel is recently underwent with renovation of rooms and upgradation. Room furniture is also good with comfortable bed, cupboards and almirah to hang your cloths. Overall a good stay option in Muzaffarnagar near railway station from where New Mandi area to shop is also near and if someone wish to foto Bus stand, that's also very near. Overall a recommended stay in Muzaffarnagar city.

Rooms are good. Toilets are new. Centrally located in city. Price is little higher around 1300. Food is ok ok. Gyser and ac are available but the control is in their hands. While sleeping in night ac was getting closed by them again and again which is very irritating. So this hotel is good in winters. Some noise is also there from running road nearby.

Worst experience. I am a resident of Muzaffarnagar and Once I booked this hotel for my friend as she was coming for attending my brother's reception party. At first the person on the reception was acting good and his behaviour was fine. But when I dropped my friend at the hotel and came to pick her after 1-2 hours. He was like " Sir, please don't come again, as it is our hotel policy that boys are not allowed" I said okay, but Got suspicious of his strange behaviour, so I paid the hotel bill completely and shifted her to Radiant Inn hotel in Muzaffarnagar. But next day, she had started to get calls from strangers who used bad tone and bad words to her( as there was the phone number on her aadhar card for id for hotel room). A request for all- Please don't use these type of hotels which are abundant in the city, if you care for your loved one's. Seriously I got a lesson from that incident and advice all the same.

There is no parking facilities

Value for money type. Had an overnight stay, it wasn't bad at all. Walking distance from the railway station.
