Hotel Galaxy Tower

Everything perfect. Palak paneer super tasty. I have never enjoyed the taste of palak paneer anywhere else. Will recommend everyone to visit there.

The hotel is Filthy. Pan stains on room walls. Toilets ewww dirty, I emptied sanitiser bottles to just turn on a tap and carried seat protectors to use the loo. Bed linen stained and dirty (I took my own this time). Floors and furniture dirty. And this is in all types of rooms, I have stayed there multiple times, only because its safe in a region not v safe for women. They keep refurbishing rooms to make them "luxurious", without knowing how to clean them. The common areas are dirty because when they cleanrooms they just sweep stuff out on to the corridor. They simply don't know what clean is. The very polite staff (of course no masks) look puzxled when I complained about the filth. And to top it all this time I got fake bottled water. I should have written the review ages ago. And I shld have found another hotel ages ago.

I have stayed here once again during my recent trip. It is near Railway Station but the main road to the hotel is so small that you can not pass two cars simultaneously. Near Hotel you will surprisingly you will a broader road and very good parking as well. Room are quite good as well as Bath rooms. Except front desk most of the staff is quite unprofessional like they take too much time for room service (Approx 30 mIn average time for every order) .Food quality is best and pl always try Chana Chilly Dish as it was great and amazing (one of the best snacks i have tried).

My overall experience at galaxy tower is not so good not so bad. Its average Hotel interior is ok however full of insects, AC as well as TV noisy old trendy. Food is excellent especially thali acept tea. They make very lite and tasteless tea. Otherwise room Service is good but do not offer complementary breakfast if they give you small corporate discount.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! This blankets were stained, the bed was wet, there was a crow trapped in the vent, someone had used our toilet while we left the room, the flush on the toilet was broken, and so much more! tth(tth

I think this is a better place to stay as compared to other hotels in muzaffarnagar. We booked 2 premium rooms and facility was fine. Only issue is with the difference in the facility provided in 2 rooms of same category. We booked 2 premium rooms but both have different facility like fridge was present only in 1 room. Bathroom structure also varies. When asked at reception they said other premium room was not available and they had adjusted in other category. Other issue was of pricing. On makemytrip and yatra price was 2700 for premium while when enquired at reception they said their tariff is 2400 and can provide another 10% discount. |All in all nice stay with few hiccups..

Recently I stayed here along with family. It's a nice, newly constructed building though access road is not that wide as its situated in a residential colony. Rooms are good though several of them don't get sunlight. There are three types of rooms / suites. If one needs to stay in a suite, 307 is a good option. Property is reasonably functional with lift, wi-fi, one restaurant but don't expect any of the frills like swimming pool, spa etc in this place. We had Chinese stuff in Lunch which was of average quality. In summary will say its quite a decent option considering other available alternatives though a bit expensive.

Hotel Galaxy Tower is the best hotels in muzaffarnagar. Here we can get good food . They provide healthy food and all facilities here. I am fully satisfied here . So if you want to a good hotel so you should try this hotel. Which is very good for all purpose. Here is good parking and they offer good desert also. Thanks for reading my reviews.
