HOTEL SR GRAND

It's really a very good hotel for the stay,gives you a feeling of home.Hotel staff is really very efficient,honest and makes guests feel feel comfortable. I will narrate one incident of my stay there on 20th April 2025,during checkout next day I left a good amount of money in the drawer of side table in hurry and left for Lucknow in the afternoon without realizing my mistake. On reaching Lucknow late evening I realized my mistake and called the reception at the hotel and told him about this problem. He immediately responded and found out my money in the drawer. And without waiting further, immediately transferred the same amount to my bank account by UPI. I'm so thankful for their honesty, integrity and prompt response. I will recommend, all those reading it should give this hotel a chance for their stay there. High recommendation from my side.

Not so good, food was ok ok, bad air conditioning, cleaned washroom, ample of open to sky parking lot which makes car a perfect over during peak hours, a one stop is ok.

Wonderful place, first class service, delicious food, staff is too good . I'd recommend you all to book this hotel for your special occasions and enjoy the lovely place and services.
