Hotel Sunshine Inn

First we got a room where the ac was not working, then on requesting a lot they shifted us to another room, where the bathroom door was not working properly. The bedsheet had pink Marks everywhere on asking to change the bedsheet the staff said these are already cleaned. Their staffs were reluctant to do anything. After asking a lot finally he changed the bedsheet. They have a telecom service which is not in working condition. They have asked us to give them a call, printed on the room key if the telecom doesn't work. But they are not bothered to pick your call, neither will they call you back. On the day of check-out we asked them to keep our luggage in the lobby. But the staff arrogantly said "no". He said we have a booking for a marriage function today we can't keep and asked us to keep our luggage in some other hotel( but why will any other hotel will keep our luggage). Then again we asked the staff that already we had a discussion with the manager last night, he had said there is no issue, you can keep your luggage in the lobby, then why are you denying now. We were already getting late for our meeting, then finally he called this manager, then we were allowed to keep our luggage. This hotel is charging us like anything and are providing us no service. This hotel deserves 0 star. The food we tried was the only good thing available in the hotel.

My experice was suprb If you are gone in this hotel you feel like luxury hotel

Absolutely nice experience,I had booked the whole hotel for my sister's wedding,all staffs are really well behaved,neat & clean with proper hospitality,management is also good. Highly recommended

It's a small budget hotel with average room quality. We stayed for two nights. The air conditioning was shut down in the morning one day for regular ac maintenance (as told to us) and it was too tough since it was very very hot . The intercom in the room was just for show and the wifi was also not working. Overall it was not a good experience.

Decent hotel. This hotel is situated at a distance of 8 kilometres from Varanasi city. This hotel demands an advance payment before you check-in. The food was as expected, it was delicious. The way of communication of the hotel staff at the reception was not welcoming. The rest of the hotel staff like room services and the kitchen services was great and welcoming. Overall, I would give 2 stars because I was unhappy with the staff at reception. I would recommend this hotel as the tariff is moderate.

Facilities poor. Delayed one has to request for basic facilities like kettle shaving and dental kit. Staff is not well behaved. They say that only in premiere rooms kettles and tea kit will be provided. This they say is 3 star hotel. This is new information. Food and cleanliness is ok.

Had a lot of fun here, enjoyed a lot with friends, the best thing is that they manage the cleanliness very well and the room is also good, very friendly, I liked it.

We have booked the hotel for an engagement ceremony. The arrangements were really good , we had provided with 5 rooms, all the rooms are obviously equipped with A.C. Since we are fully vegetarians so don't know anything about Non-Veg Cuisine but i must say the veg food was simply awesome. Interiors of the hotel is superbly decorated and provided rooms are also neat, tidy and are organised and room service was also good.
