Ringus Luxury Line

I am living in this hotel. Do not trust the reviews here, they are FAKE! This hotel does not qualify as a hotel, let alone 3 star or 5 star. Only interiors are not enough. There is nothing like service here. There are no staffs most of the time. The lady receptionist is so so rude and will not help you for anything. I don't think they have even heard of the word 'hospitality'. And now the main issue. They will charge you double the online price if you book from the counter!! Yes, even double of the price shown on their own website!! So DO NOT book from here. They trap you in paying more if you are in need of room urgently. And yes, please do not depend for food here, because their restaurant will be closed all day. Only the ground staffs are good natured and helpful (if they are available at all).

One of the best hotels in Mughalsarai. The interiors were elegant and modern, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was consistently fresh and delicious, with great variety. What stood out most was the courteous and helpful staff, who made the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mughalsarai.
