Agrawal Guest House & Ac Restaurant

I checked in at 1200h & checked out at 0400h. Paid rent on cash Rs 1700/- .They told 24hrs AC will be available but after 1900h no AC supply. Complained so many times but they have not provided AC. With out AC close room, temperature 41degC, it was horrible.

Very bad experience SPECIALLY THE MANAGER... He was very rude and abusive started arguing on small things and even abusing for no reason. He was a mid age guy with no hair I request the owner to immediately removed him he is very bad by nature and was not at all listening to me. He was kind of drunk and high at night and while I was entering the hotel, he started abusing for no reason and even tried to start a fight. Totally unprofessional and illiterate guy who should not be appointed for such public oriented job position I request the owner to strictly take action against him. Thank you

Hotel location is great. Opposite to the railway station. Food is awesome. Alu matar and dahi was owesome.Restaurant manager and staff were good. Rooms are good according to price but can be renovated to luk much more beautiful
