I had booked 1 unit of apartment for couple through an online application. The app had given me confirmation of my stay for one day. But when I reach the hotel, the hotel was closed, i called the owner of the hotel ,he then gave me phone number of his receptionist. I spoke with the receptionist,he told me that we don't allow couple entry in the hotel, and he didn't entertained much , his behaviour towards me was very pathetic, he didn't even came to the hotel on the reception desk. And told me we don't allow couple entry. If they didn't allow couple, then why they had given confirmation of booking online. It was very uncertain, somehow in no time i manage another hotel. But if this is the case then please don't give confirmation of booking online for customers.

Owners Don't have any manners to talk and behave. After calling at property in night they act rudely without any sense of hospitality.
