In that tariff which they offer rooms is too expensive. At the same price I got much better properties in other locations and cities. But overall everything was fine at the hotel.. The staff is so polite and well disciplined..

Quality of food is good but service poor. Rooms was not cleaned up properly.

Starting from the Hotel staff. There is no warmness in the staff. It's looks like 3 star property but services are like Zero star property, no bathrooms amenities just shampoo and body-wash which they have purchased in bulk as there was no brand name so you can have it as much as you want . They give 1 water bottle on day one and that's it rest on chargeable basis even if you are staying for long so go thirsty if you don't want to pay. I will Not recommend this hotel for family may be good for corporate. No parking space so park your car on road. Rooms are stinky not well maintained. No coordination in staff. I asked their night manger to call day manager he said he is not well can't pick calls whatttt??? We have traveled from One state to another to stay in your hotel and you don't have courtesy to make one call. All managers have some kind of attitude that they are doing some charity if you are staying in their hotel but they are helpful . So be ready to get treated like this and don't forget you need to pay for this We booked suite room as I was travelling with my family it was so stinky we had to leave the room and shifted to other downgrade room which was very small and you barely walk. Food is good and service staff is also very good. If you want to get ready and if you want to see yourself how you are looking please go to the corridor because they have full length mirrors and you don't so while you are looking at yourself in lobby you can ask for suggestions from Lobby person. Bahi room main ek full length mirror hi lagwadete. Their room connected to the banquet so even if you want to sleep in your room you have do party till 2.00 Am as there is no sound proofing and of course after party people will work to windup so enjoy your sleepless nights.. No Value for money.
