OYO 35777 Hotel Park Square

Situated at the main road on Moradabad Delhi highway, property is good but service was totally poor Aircondition was not working we had booked it for birthday and gathering of approximately 100, people too much suffocating environment inside of the restaurant. It was not a good choice for us and guests were facing a problem due to non Aircondition supply

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room cleanliness was a major concern, with a stingy blanket that had traces of hair and shreds. The toilet was also dirty, raising questions about overall hygiene standards. Moreover, the presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep, impacting my ability to recharge for the next day's activities. This not only affected my comfort but also raised concerns about safety, as mosquito-borne illnesses can pose a risk. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements measures to improve cleanliness and address pest control. Guests deserve a clean and safe environment, especially when staying for business purposes. I hope my feedback contributes to the enhancement of the hotel's services for future guests.

Service is very poor. After 15 min of ordering food, they only told us that only Dal and mix veg is available.Being too much hungry, we ordered that. They brought food after 30 min of order. The vegs were not freshly cooked. Either it was of day before or more. The Waiter guy keep wandering here and there, not giving attention to guest's table. We had to speak literally loud every time for our breads to order. Pathetic.

Easy to locate. Very Spacious. Good for wedding, parties, ceremonies and even for family dinners. Very good in service will all facilities. Has a parking lot and even a big ground for wedding purposes. Hotel also has a facility of lift for convenience. In total a perfect place and a very well maintained place for all purposes.............

The reviews on Google seems to have been filled by people associated with the hotel. While looking for the feedback i found a review saying very nice and clean however it is the opposite. To begin with you enter a stinking lift to go to the floors. On first floors we went to the rooms and found again stinking rooms and dirty toilets. What is the use of such huge rooms if you cannot maintain them. The blankets were dirty too. Looked like they have never been washed since they have been purchased. Recommend the visitors to looks for another option. Pay few bucks more and go to a different hotel instead.

Stayed in this property during a business trip. This is one of the decent budget hotel in Gurgaon. Room were of good size with ok interior and amenities. Bathroom also of good size but poor toiletries. Staff was not as courteous as expected but were attentive. overall had good experience

My experience at this hotel is very wonderful. Hotel staff is so much cooperative and their service is also vey nice. It has a park whose area is pretty good. I enjoyed a lot in this hotel with my family.

Very worst experience during the marriage because not good option Serve dinner during the marriage for the peoples. Only one problem create in the marriage some time rain fall but rearrange dinner place in the park square in underground place. First not no ventilation facilities no cleaning and not good entrance so sophisticated for the all peoples and the storage room especially but rearrange the dinner for the peoples in the storage room I am very disappointed from this is park square really very worst experience in the park square please any other marriage hall will you higher for the my suggestion for you good program
