The room was too bad not to provide a bedsheet and the condition of the washroom was too dirty.and charges 900 ..... 2 kodi ka rooms hai kabhi mt jana bohot bekar

Very bad reception service. Even the receptionist don't talk properly. Rooms are also not good. In photos they have used filters and in real very bad rooms. No water bottles they serve. Neither AC has remote to control. Shower was also not working. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Very poor cleaning. Overall its a very bad choice

Had a very bad experience.. the whole property was really really dirty. Do not pay even 100 rupees to them for this property. Staff behaviour was too bad. Washrooms were so dirty and small. Worst hotel of this country.

Poor maintenance and dirty bathroom. The bedsheet is poor quality and old. Price 1100 per room for one night excluding GST is costly. Better to book via online in other hotels.

Not for family, rooms, bed, lavatory are dirty and there is not proper electricity as well as landline is also not working. Their is no arrangement of food and this hotel is famous for not a family friendly place...

It was a very bad experience in my life worst hotel in muradabad. Room is very dirty no pillow cover bedsheet not clean AC not working proper they hide AC remote. And mid night they cut AC supply. Waistage of money.

The rooms are spacious and cost effective, but the hygiene is very poor

i went there through OYO but they said no to OYO, so i booked by going there. Worst room service that i have ever seen. The bed sheet was dirty, no facility for drinking water(you have to buy water bottle from them), telephone was not working, TV was not working, they dont provide towel too, you have to call reception to switch on your AC(if you coming from outside, they switch off your AC again and again).
