Hotel The Merchants

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Merchants Hotel in Moradabad, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly set the tone for a memorable stay. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and had a tasteful blend of modern amenities with a touch of elegance. The bed was super comfortable, and the ambience of the room made it perfect for both relaxation and work. The in-house restaurant deserves a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that catered to both local and national tastes. I especially loved their Indian cuisine - rich flavors and beautifully presented. The location is also quite convenient, being close to major markets and landmarks, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, The Merchants Hotel offers top-notch service, comfort, and a genuine sense of care for its guests. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moradabad - whether for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

Looks pretty good for the price point. Newly constructed. Spacious rooms and bathroom Lack a few basic amenities and fixtures in the bathroom. Electrical socket is directly next and very close to the sink and can very easily cause an electrical hazard. Could be life threatening. Can be improved easily.

Excellent Stay It is a nice property and having neet and clean rooms, staff is well behaved, food quality is good, it was a wonderful experience. And best part it is nearby delhi highway

Excellent location and accommodation in center of MBD . great staff

Rooms were cost effective though the drainage system was not working properly. Morning staff was friendly but the evening staff made mistake by delaying the breakfast by more than 50 mins where I had leave early and was informed to the staff beforehand. Initially, accepting their fault and agreeing a refund. Then , denied considering the amount in picture. I had to bring MMT to get it sorted. Last moment hassle while invoicing and delay in getting the breakfast post discussion is the reason for the average rating.

I was in Moradabad for a very short stay. The location, service and little food that we had were up to the mark. We reached an hour early and they were very kind to hand us the room before checkin time

Good place to stay. Food quality is also good here.
