Won't recommend this property. I paid 2600 but thus is not even 1500 rs hotel. Never saw so many mosquitoes in room and washroom. Cleaning is way below average. Only positives are close to Moradabad junction, good location and food. No opposition but it needs to ensure proper cleaning inside the rooms.

I am staying at this hotel with my family , and it is one of the worst experiences I've had. The rooms are unclean, with a pervasive smell of dampness and mold throughout. Mold is visibly covering the walls, ceiling corners, and even around the windows, creating an incredibly unhealthy and unpleasant environment. The bedding was in shocking condition--both the pillows and quilt had visible fungus and mold spots. We immediately requested replacements, and while the staff took the bedding away as if they were going to bring new items, they returned with the exact same moldy bedding, which felt completely disrespectful. The bathroom was equally unclean, with mold growing in the tiles and corners, and a foul odor lingered in the air. The toilets had not been properly cleaned, adding to the unsanitary conditions. Service was also extremely slow; any requests we made took a long time to be addressed, if they were acknowledged at all. Given the severe mold issues and lack of cleanliness, I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. It is an extremely uncomfortable stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

In one word Poor! From outside the rooms may look neat and clean but the place has serious issues when it comes to amenities to be given to people coming there to stay. We booked rooms for 3 days during a wedding and each day they were changed from one to another. On 2 of the days there was no hot water available to take bath because the geysers were not working. When we complained and demanded a refund we were instead promised a complimentary stay some other time when we needed it but when that turn came the guy at the reception flatly refused it saying that they will only give the room to the particular person who under who initials the supposed complimentary booking was done and if she was not available( even though we managed to get her consent over a phone call) then we won't give the room. Pathetic excuses given by the reception guy allong with the manager and the their boss just switched off his phone and went for a peaceful sleep i reckon when he was most needed. All in all a thoughly disappointing experience from so called hotel and i won't recommend this place to anyone.

Best best hotel in Moradabad town with such great prices the super deluxe rooms are veryyy comfortable and the stafff is so so good and humble and services were quick they always make my stay pleasant

Very good hotel having good parking, big rooms and very clean and hygienic. Also food is very tasty.. would recommend staying here if looking to stay in muradabad....

Very poor, unhinged and dirty rooms and washroom. Seems they are not cleaning properly after checkout. Hair on pillow and bed.
